Service Assurance

As a probe in Accanto's iCSA system, the Pantera 6000 plays a key role in collecting critical network, subscriber and service data. This data is quickly analyzed and correlated by the centralized iCSA server to create a more accurate picture of the actual end-user experience. Pantera provides active testing, performance monitoring of the backhaul, consolidated fault management of access and aggregation networks, and also provides the backbone for service management.

Mobile Data Services

Due in part to increasing customer demands, mobile data services are finally gaining momentum. Unfortunately, provisioning and managing these new services is very difficult due to the signaling complexities involved. The Pantera 6000 series is well-suited to deal with the protocol complexities, as well as high performance demands for monitoring and troubleshooting these new services.

IMS Network Monitoring

IMS networks are notoriously difficult to monitor and troubleshoot due to their complexity and high traffic volume. With its powerful processing capabilities, as well as mass storage, the Pantera 6000 series can easily deal with the most demanding of IMS applications, analyzing the services and protocols involved (signaling messages) to create an end-to-end view. Partucularly useful for fixed operators migrating towards an IMS-based network with massive amount of companion RTP traffic.
