H3G Austria has selected Accanto's Adaptive Customer Service Assurance (CSA) platform to provide centralized monitoring to its growing 3G and NGN network in Austria. H3G Austria needs to monitor not only the network and services, but how the end-users were actually experiencing the services to ensure further growth and reduce customer churn.
