Accanto Systems VP of Marketing & Product Management, Paolo Trevisan is featured in the latest Rural Carriers Association (RCA) magazine and digital issue.  In the article “LTE Network Migration: Adaptive Customer Service Assurance Required for Monitoring and Troubleshooting”  Trevisan explains the importance for wireless operators to migrate to 4G/LTE architectures. With the complexities of  merging this new technology with legacy 2G and 3G, networks operators are being challenged, like never before, to monitor and troubleshoot their networks and services.

H3G Austria needs to monitor not only the network and services, but how the end-users were actually experiencing the services to ensure further growth and reduce customer churn.
